Today’s blog post continues the recreation of events of July 20, 2012 in Aurora, Colorado. As we continue to dive into the details of the mass shooting and evidence of possible additional suspects, I’ve decided to add a few photos to help the reader understand positions and locations of various key pieces of evidence. Warning, some of the images may be disturbing as there is a large amount of blood left at the back side of the theater.

Over police dispatch channels an officer comes on air calling for Lincoln twenty five and asking if they can segregate those who were inside theater nine.
Lincoln twenty-five gives orders on air, “We need to start going through the crowd and figure out who was in eight and nine and start segregating them from everybody else.”
It is interesting perhaps to note that the shooting presumably happened only in theater 9 and yet police want both theater’s 8 and 9 questioned to what they saw.
At the same time, Aurora Mall Command (formally Century Command) gives the following order to East Division (Engine Five and Truck Two located at the back of the theater),, “I need you to evacuate that entire east side. Move all civilians…all fire apparatus…move them down to Alameda. There may be a uh…some kind of secondary device so I want the whole East Division to relocate to Alameda and Sable.”
The secondary device he is referring to is a potential explosive device recently discovered in the alleged shooters car out back of the theater.

At 1:19 am police start staging witnesses in theater nine at the north end of the building. Police dispatch would add, “Copy, all the people that were in theater nine need to go to the north end by the fire truck and Lincoln twenty-five, we have witnesses that left that are saying that they did see the shooter…they do have blood spatter on them…they’re not injured…what do you want us to do with those people?”
It is worth noting here that even though police reportedly were on the scene within ninety seconds (as confirmed by the Chief of Police), many people had still left the scene in the first twenty minutes or so following the shooting. Any number of them could be potential accomplices that got away before containment was put in place. Official sources made a big deal in the hours following the event regarding how fast they were on the scene. Public opinion therefore may have been formed that somehow additional accomplices could not have gotten away since police were there so quickly. Obviously that is not the case.
Fire dispatch then reports, “Engine Five, Fire Dispatch, did you copy Commands last?”
The response is, “Engine Five copies, we’re already located to the north side of the theaters here. The police are the ones who notified us of the uh…vehicle.”
Aurora Mall Command comes on air demonstrating either his complete lack of listening skills or his utter incompetency when he says, “Ok, like I said…I just talked to one of their supervisor here…I need you to clear that area and…in case we have some kind of explosive device.”
Obviously, Engine Five knows this already since he just transmitted that himself. He politely responds, “Copy command, we’re in contact with police here.”
In my humble opinion, Aurora Mall Command (aka Century Command) is displaying characteristics of someone who has too much going on to keep his facts straight.
Buckley Engine One calls in to Aurora Mall Command next and Aurora Mall Command ignores him, instead addressing fire dispatch “Dispatch let all incoming know just to go to Exposition and Sable and stage and I’ll get to them as soon as I get Chief Seven up here and we can start…uh…changing channels, etc”.
Dispatch addresses Buckley One and gives him those instruction since apparently Aurora Mall Command couldn’t just tell them directly.

At 1:20 am Arapahoe County police have offered to bring in two jail transport vans to transport witnesses (presumably to wherever the witnesses will be questioned).
At this time Aurora Mall Command would issue the following orders, “Truck Two, this is Aurora Mall Command, are you guys available for another assignment?”
Truck two says “in one minute”.
Aurora Mall Command then says, “Ok, once you get them gathered I need you to come to the front of the theaters…go with PD…they need you guys for ventilation and they have another assignment for you so I’m going to assign you to the front of the theaters.”

At 1:21 am, police dispatch is reporting police will no longer be transporting victims at this time, and indications are the crime scene is starting to get under control and remaining victims can be handled by ambulances and other fire personnel.
Also, at 1:21 am, an officer calls for crime scene tape at the Southeast corner of the theater. Note, this is a LONG way away from the back door of theater nine which is located in the center of the backside of the theater (see below). At this southeast corner a second gas mask and other articles of clothing will be tagged as evidence. This gas mask is a very long ways away from the vehicle belong to James Holmes at the back of the theater (the one in which he was allegedly found). The internet community would be buzzing for months asking for an explanation of the second gas mask so far away from where the shooter was detained. Let me give you a little visual reference here.
In the picture above you can see the exit door for theater nine on the far left side of the image. Also note what appears to be a discarded assault rifle laying near the back door. You will also observe the white vehicle allegedly belonging to the shooter. It was right here that the shooter was allegedly detained. Police audio recordings indicate that the shooter was found inside his vehicle and appeared as if he’d been shot. Officially however, James Holmes was discovered in front of his vehicle just standing around. It would be said officially that an observant officer only realized it was the shooter because he was wearing a non-regulation gas mask. No audio has surfaced where you can hear officers ordering the shooter to drop weapons or get on the ground so it’s unclear what happened. However, photos taking the morning after show the location of the southeast corner (off the image to the far, far right).
In the image above we see what appears to be a CSI investigator tagging evidence at the southeast corner of the building, far away from the shooters car. Notice there are several pieces of black gear (perhaps gloves) left on the sidewalk. Notice evidence marker 3 is sitting next to what looks like a pool of blood on the ground and maybe a small object. Now notice another angle below.
In the a above image from a different angle you can still see evidence marker 3 next to that pool of blood as well as some black clothing which might be a glove but also you can now clearly see evidence marker 1 next to a discarded gas mask. This is a long ways from the back door of theater 9 so it begs the question, who’s mask is this? Also, if the shooter was wearing the mask, why is this one discarded on the ground?
Now I want to give the official story the benefit of the doubt so I will point out the following possibility that can explain most of what we see here. If you note in the first image, there is a bloody set of foot prints apparently leading out of the back of theater nine and down toward the southeast corner. If those footprints are the shooters footprints then perhaps he walked all the way down to the corner of the building before he was discovered and thus arrested. Perhaps then the shooters mask was taken off there and dropped.
Now, we could probably sort all this confusion out if we simply look at the security camera footage from the back of the theater as there were multiple cameras on the back including the corner. The trouble is, those cameras apparently were all malfunctioning that evening and so nothing was caught on camera. I shit you not! There was even a big lawsuit filed against the theaters following the shooting for not maintaining proper safety equipment including cameras. Maybe you have to be a conspiracy theory nut to see the significance here, but I’m betting you get it too. How many times during a conspiracy are we the public going to fall for the “all the cameras malfunctioned” bullshit? Remember Jeffery Epstein the alleged child sex trafficker who allegedly hung himself in his cell? Yeah, all the cameras that night failed too. Strange how this always seems to happen at the very times we need the truth on camera. And those who refuse to believe in conspiracies will always point out, “hey, electronics do fail. It happens”.
But the question is, did another shooter drop his gas mask here? Additionally, the gas mask at the southeast corner is suspiciously discarded right beneath a security camera located at the corner of the building. It can reasonably be assumed the person originally wearing this mask could have easily taken it off there out of (or under) the eye of the camera directly overhead.

At 1:22 am, police dispatch is repeating previous instructions, “Everyone is to stage north of the theater…north of the theater. Everyone stay clear of the east side of the theater…possible device.”
At 1:22 am, over police airwaves is heard a request for the status on a helicopter flyover, “Staff in front of the theater…. they’re asking if our Air One is up. I need a flyover over the theater.”
An officer responds, “Clear. We’re calling Air One out right now…they will be called out from the airport.”
This is significant in that it seems to show that police are still ACTIVELY looking for possible additional shooters.

Still 1:23 am, on fire channels, Aurora Mall Command listens to a report in from other trucks arriving and trying to coordinate on scene and then sounds annoyed as he says, “Dispatch this is Aurora Mall Command. I’m requesting emergency radio traffic. Will you give me that so I can talk to everybody?”
Perhaps he is annoyed that people keep giving him updates or asking for direction??
Dispatch then responds and Aurora Mall Command clarifies, “Yeah, just give me an alert tone, emergency radio traffic, so I can make an announcement.”
Immediately fire audio channels reveals a wavering alert tone and dispatch says, “Aurora Mall Command has an emergency radio traffic, all units.”
Aurora Mall Command then issues the following, “All units…all afd (Aurora Fire Department) units…please…that are in your divisions…just meet with your division leader and sit tight. All ambulances that are not being used…I need you to report to staging at Exposition and Sable .”

At 1:24 am, Metro Ten offers this interesting revelation, “Metro Ten to people with those key witnesses that were inside the theater…we need to start…quickly as possible…getting suspect descriptions because we initially got some conflicting information and I want to make sure we aren’t looking for anybody else.”
Again, this information has largely been ignored and dismissed by major media. Well after James Holmes is detained the officers are reporting conflicting information coming in about the shooter and are still unsure if they are looking for additional suspects. In addition, an Air One unit has been called in from the local airport now to search overhead.
At 1:24 am police scanner chatter reveals “Metro ten to any unit on the back. I know we cleared out but I need somebody to RECONFIRM the white vehicle outside the door’s plate.”
A response comes back, “The plate will be one one nine robert ocean charles.”
The officer responds, “Confirm, 119 ROC?”
This indeed will be the plate number believed to belong to James Holmes. If you look closely in the image you can read the license plate yourself to confirm.
Weeks after the shooting, an alleged traffic camera picture of James Holmes running a red light in the same white vehicle with those same plates will be posted on the internet by a man by the name of Jonathan Lee Riches. Below is an image from that citation.
Jonathan Lee Riches is himself, a VERY interesting character and has the distinction of being the “most litigious man in America” (which simply means he has filed more lawsuits against people than anyone else). There is even a wikipedia article about him which, if you care to read, can be found here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jonathan_Lee_Riches.
Here also is a little clip of him placing a prank call to a hospital while hanging out with a doll dressed to look like James Holmes. Riches is a spooky individual who claims to have been implanted with computer chips to alter his mind and he was obsessed with the Aurora, Colorado shooting as well as the shooting later that year in Newtown, Connecticiate (more famously known as the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting). The video itself here is not important other than to put a face to a name and explain a little of how I came to brush elbows with Riches if only briefly.
At the time of the shooting, Riches apparently was living in Florida state and had allegedly obtained a traffic camera citation along with picture of Holmes driving his white car by illegally filing a change of address form at the local post office in Colorado and having James Holme’s personal mail re-routed to his residence in Florida. I covered that leaked photo and speculated about it on my blog, noting how Holmes is not sporting bright orange hair in the image like he allegedly was during the shooting and using the photo to pinpoint exactly when Holmes dyed his hair. I’ll cover more of that in the weeks ahead.
Things really got spooky for me however, when I discovered that Jonathan Lee Riches was reading my blog and reached out to me personally with “proof” that Holmes was set up. I did a quick ip trace on the address that was emailing me and confirmed that the address was indeed coming from Florida where Riches was last known to be living. Riches suggested he could offer me a list of medications Holmes was taking and what he was on at the time of the shooting. I did not however pursue this lead out of fear of being arrested for using illegally obtained mail.
Even now, as I write this, I fear Riches will be searching for himself on the internet to see who’s talking about him. Will I draw his attention again? Will I be sued for simply telling my side of the story? This is a very scary man you do NOT want paying attention to you. Trust me!
Sadly, out of all the reasons I fear telling my story, Jonathan Lee Riches is the least of my worries. Much scarier people are out there and I must fight those fears every time I write.
